Since May 2023, I’ve led the Agentic Pattern Library, creating 50+ widely adopted Gen AI patterns across Salesforce.
Design & Enablement
I designed reusable Agentic patterns with documentation for cross-cloud adoption and guided 80+ Gen AI feature designs across Salesforce teams.
Core Consulting
As a founding member, I guided 30+ teams on cross-cloud pattern use and led 100+ Office Hours to drive adoption and surface emerging patterns.

Design Ambiguity
Limited user research and product management support created uncertainty in pattern design and development.
Solution: Multifaceted Role

Rapid Technological Evolution
The fast-changing Gen AI landscape requires design directions to adapt quickly to maintain consistency and keep the pattern library relevant and effective.
Solution: Agile Design and Adaptability
We adopted an agile approach emphasizing flexibility: staying updated on Gen AI advancements, iterating designs based on emerging trends, and fostering collaboration among designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
Scope Uncertainty from Technical Constraints
Limited clarity on technical feasibility and engineering support made it difficult to define precise pattern scopes, risking inefficiencies and delays.
Solution
We addressed technical constraints by conducting regular feasibility assessments with engineers and product managers, adopting iterative development to allow adjustments, and prioritizing features with informed trade-offs based on technical feasibility and business value.

Results and Impact
Impact & Achievements
The Agentic Patterns are now widely adopted across Salesforce clouds—Sales, Service, Non-Profit, and Education—accelerating development and improving UX through a consistent, reusable design system.
I co-authored the documentation to help SLDS users leverage the Agentic UI kit and principles, and published the Figma UI kit on Salesforce Figma Community, supporting clients like Workday and reaching up to 3 million users annually.
Achievements
Filed 17 patents related to Gen AI design with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, with additional patents currently in progress.
Served as a speaker at Dreamforce 2023, presenting on "Next-Gen AI: Rethinking UX Practice for Maximum Impact" to an audience of 187 attendees.
Announced the patterns library at the Salesforce UX Town Hall for Gen AI Patterns in June 2023.
Presented pattern design during the Gen AI Summer Spotlights II event in July 2023.
Showcased new pattern works at the Salesforce Gen AI Showcase I & II in 2024.
