I am a design leader and systems architect specializing in the intersection of Human-Centered Design and Enterprise AI. With over a decade of experience, I define the frameworks that allow complex technologies—like Salesforce’s Agentforce—to scale into intuitive, trusted user experiences.

Patent Filings (2023–2025): Filed 27 design and AI patents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, with 8 patents officially issued.

My Story

I started my career working on large-scale systems—big data, industrial IoT, and complex technical platforms—where I developed a deep appreciation for how interconnected systems shape user experiences.

As AI emerged, I transitioned into designing AI-driven frameworks, where pattern thinking extends beyond interfaces into behavior, orchestration, and trust.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of design, platform, and AI—bridging complex technologies and real-world usage through systems that are coherent, scalable, and human-centered.

The Human Behind the Systems

Outside of work, I gravitate toward intensity and movement. I’ve been a dragon boat racer for over a decade—drawn to the rhythm, precision, and collective coordination it demands.

I recharge in nature—coastal trails, giant forests, and open landscapes. I’ve explored over 20 national parks and 20 countries, often seeking a sense of scale beyond the everyday.

I grew up in China and moved across the world at 30—an experience that shaped how I navigate change and ambiguity.

At home, my 15-year-old dog Pablo is my constant companion—equal parts office buddy and grounding force.

These experiences shape how I think about systems—dynamic, interconnected, and always in motion.
