I am a design leader and systems architect specializing in the intersection of Human-Centered Design and Enterprise AI. With over a decade of experience, I define the frameworks that allow complex technologies—like Salesforce’s Agentforce—to scale into intuitive, trusted user experiences.

Office Buddy & Hiking Partner: Meet Pablo, my 14-year-old pup. He’s my office buddy—regularly spoiled with meats and seafood, no regrets on my part.

 

Teamwork in Action: I’ve been a competitive Dragon Boat racer since 2015, currently paddling with the Bay Area Dragon Boat Club in Foster City. I love the intensity of the sport—it’s a perfect masterclass in synchronization, grit, and the power of a collective team effort.

Experience Before 2015

    1. Website Audit: Conducted a comprehensive audit of TakeTours.com to identify duplicated links, looping user journeys, and error pages.

    2. Information Architecture Enhancement: Evaluated and refined the homepage's information architecture to improve navigation.

    3. User Experience Design: Developed user journeys, wireframes, and interfaces to enhance overall usability.

    4. Content strategy Interfaces: Created user-friendly interfaces for content strategists to efficiently develop tour packages on the TakeTours website.

    1. Team Leadership: Directed a team of seven visual designers and three copywriters.

    2. Campaign Management: Planned and executed multi-channel advertising campaigns.

    3. Event Partnership Development: Cultivated partnerships with third parties to utilize the Wanda theater spaces for events.

    4. Brand Promotion: Created promotional visual elements to enhance client brand identities.

    1. Project Oversight: Managed over 40 projects from initial brainstorming through design, pitching, and execution.

    2. Team Mentorship: Mentored seven visual designers while collaborating with account executives, venue builders, and vendors.

    3. Design Focus: Specialized in visual design, supplementary materials, and physician infographic brochures for major healthcare clients, including Pfizer, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, and Novartis.

    1. Team Leadership and Training: Led and mentored three visual designers and one 3D designer.

    2. Product Promotion Lifecycle Management: Managed the entire product promotion lifecycle, from brainstorming and design to pitching ideas and implementing digital and print designs.

    3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborated with account executives, designers, and various vendors to achieve project goals.

    4. Client Engagement: Successfully supported IT clients, including Intel, Lenovo, Haier, and China Mobile.
